Silverbear and Purple’s alliance introduces a disruptive approach in a crowded market which typically delivers bespoke solutions for each customer.  This new way of delivering CRM solutions breaks away from the traditional approach of customer specific solutions and instead focuses on best practice process established through their combined experience within Membership & Trade Associations. The new approach utilises Silverbear’s proven CRM platform developed around Membership & Association collective needs combined with Purple’s extensive experience in Process Improvement, Implementation and Organisational Change.

This strategic alliance enables clients to approach procurement and implementation of a new membership platform from an operational process perspective rather than being led by technology.
