The Institute of Brewing & Distilling (IBD) has named Purple as their Partner for Digital Transformation. The continued partnership will allow Purple to work alongside the IBD, supporting them with their membership transformation project, in line with IBD’s corporate strategy.
With a heritage that dates back to 1886, IBD is the international leading professional body for brewers and distillers, worldwide. The Institute has ambitious plans under their corporate strategy to disrupt digital transformation to increase member engagement and satisfaction.
Following a successful project working together to assist the IBD in reviewing their existing systems and processes, requirements gathering and supplier selection and evaluation, the IBD has selected Purple to work on their CRM & CMS implementation and GDPR transformation projects. The IBD chose Purple due to their industry experience, work with similar organisations and their expertise in aligning people, processes and technology.
“We are incredibly proud to have been selected by the IBD to continue to be their partner” said Simon Adams, COO at Purple. “The IBD ambitions are aligned with our core strengths of organisational change through the correct alignment of people, processes and technology; we look forward to working with such a forward thinking organisation to help better serve their members”.
“We engaged with Purple after considering the rigour of their processes, their responsiveness to our enquires and the cultural fit between the two organisations. I’m sure we will make good time on this particular journey” Said Jerry Avis, CEO at the Institute of Brewing & Distilling. “
