Business Strategy

The Business Strategy Service provides our clients senior leadership teams with an independent review of how effectively their current IT implementation and business processes are set up to deliver their desired business strategy. It then goes on to highlight what changes could be made to better align these key areas with managements strategic goals.

Purple will identify areas within the business where key departmental initiatives and activities do not align with the overall business plan. We then provide a transformation map detailing prioritised business initiatives with supporting projects backed up by identified high level costs, benefits and timeframes uniquely quantifying these benefits into the separate areas of opportunity for changes in IT infrastructure and business processes. This allows management to fully understand and approve the business case for each potential project.

In an ever evolving world Purple recommends that the business Strategy Service is refreshed on an annual basis to incorporate strategic changes to the plan and ensure the business remains aligned to any shifts senior management need to make to their business strategy as market or competitive pressures demand.
